By staying small and only taking on a limited number of clients at a time, I’m able to maximize the value I provide your organization. Typical engagements last anywhere from a few days to a few months and can be broken up to match your needs. In addition to hourly consulting, I also provide services packaged as a monthly retainer at a reduced rate for clients who already have an existing development team and just need expert guidance for the big design decisions or the occasional performance problems.
